To place an order on our website, please use our secure online shopping basket and enter your credit card information. All our prices are in US dollars.
Returns policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you like our products, keep them and enjoy. If for any reason you don’t want them, send them back within 30 days for a complete refund (minus non-refundable shipping charges).
Methods of payment
For online sales, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For mail order, we accept checks (or cheques) in US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars and pounds sterling, as well as international money orders in US dollars.
Delivery and shipping
All our products are shipped from New Hampshire. Shipping rates are calculated when you place your order. Orders will be processed only after you agree on the total amount.
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Canada, the British West Indies, the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and most of western Europe are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Orders to countries not in the Global Priority system are shipped via international air mail. Please note: Delivery to Canada can be painfully slow due to the appalling Third World-level service of Canada Post. So far we have not found a satisfactory alternative.
We try to ensure that US customers receive their orders within 5-7 days. Global Priority overseas customers generally receive their books within 5-10 days. Other overseas customers are subject to the whims of their local post office.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. After your order has been processed, we do not retain your credit card details, only your name, address and the products ordered. You will not receive any annoying e-mails from us except in relation to your order. SteynOnline.com and Mark Steyn Enterprises (US) Inc will not make your address or any other personal information available to any other retailer or commercial enterprise.
